David's study of political philosophy and international relations
at the University of New Hampshire, Boston College and Boston
University has prompted his participation in numerous academic
and civic endeavors including his participation in the Henry
Salvatori Fellows program at the Heritage Foundation (1998),
the Liberty Fund (1999), and most recently, in joining a delegation
of 20 outstanding young American diplomats who toured Switzerland
to further American-Swiss relations in the summer of 2000. David
has also served as New Hampshire State Representative, gaining
the applause of independent-minded Granite State voters for
his outstanding voting record as a legislator. This record gained
him the Most Valuable Legislator award from various civic and
political organizations in New Hampshire, and recognition as
one of New Hampshire's outstanding legislators by the Americans
for Tax Reform in Washington DC. In the media/public/ethics
