Opportunity Void Targeting

Nature, Vacuums & Intersections

We describe our "4I-Formula" as the process of indentifying problems and developing solutions, or Opportunity Void Targeting. In fact, the safest general characterization of everything we do is summed up in these three words. As soon as a solution is devised the Void draws it in like nature abhores a vacuum. With the solution in place positive change is the natural consequence.

Call it Convergence, call it Synergy, call it
Opportunity Void Targeting.

We would call it Reeses' Peanut Butter Cup Consulting but who would take us seriously? Remember the old commercial? Two people are walking toward each other around a blind corner. In ignorant bliss, one holds peanut butter, the other, chocolate. Neither aware that between them there lies an Opportunity Void, the space in which the new confection will emerge. The problem here is that this process is far too whimsical. In fact, our two characters fall to the sidewalk, both a bit angry until they discover their new concoction. Even then, they argue about the merits of their respective contributions.

The fact is, we think you should be a little more proactive in your quest for peanut butter cups. Is your company looking for its Chocolate? Or Peanut Butter? Are you even looking? Do you even have a problem? If you do, is the solution or required resources hidden within your company, or does it require alignment or cooperation with another firm with similar core competencies? Public Virtues has the research accumen to figure out what or who you should be looking for. Public Virtues will initiate and vector the process so that when peanut butter and chocolate meet for the first time it will be with the Virtue of a handshake. With just the right Virtue and a little vision, the whole will be greater than the sum of its parts.
